All properties listed on our platform undergo thorough verification and inspection processes to ensure they meet our quality standards. We guarantee competitive pricing and maintain transparent fee structures for all parties involved in rental transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating accounts or listing properties. Property owners must ensure their listings accurately represent the rental property, including amenities, location details, and pricing. Tenants must provide truthful information during the application process and comply with all lease agreements.

Our instant booking system allows qualified tenants to secure rental properties with verified payment methods. All transactions are processed securely through our encrypted payment system. Booking confirmations are subject to final approval by property owners within 24 hours.

Security deposits, first month's rent, and any applicable fees must be paid according to the agreed terms. Refund policies vary by property and are clearly stated in individual listings. EliteStay facilitates payments but does not guarantee refunds beyond our stated policies.

6. Customer Support and Dispute Resolution

Our 24/7 customer support team is available to assist with any questions or concerns. We maintain an average response time of under 24 hours and strive to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Support can be reached through our contact form, phone, or email.

In case of disputes between users, EliteStay will attempt to mediate and find a fair resolution. However, we are not responsible for disputes arising from rental agreements between parties. Users are encouraged to review all terms carefully before committing to any rental agreement.

Users acknowledge that rental agreements are formed directly between property owners and tenants. EliteStay is not a party to these agreements and cannot be held responsible for their performance or any resulting damages.
